The studio
Darius LaBelle, trading as Day’s Work, operates this brand and digital studio from the United Arab Emirates. Contact info@daysworkstudio.com about the website or a potential project. Using this site does not create a client relationship.
Using the website
You may browse this website and use its contact options to discuss legitimate business enquiries. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person or use the form to send spam.
Provide accurate contact details and only material you are entitled to share. Avoid sensitive personal information in the enquiry form. Personal information is handled as described in the privacy policy.
Services and pricing
The studio offers original branding and professional business websites. Marketing strategy, social media strategy and applied AI are quoted individually. Published packages describe the intended scope. The proposal confirms the deliverables, page or item limits, revision allowance, schedule and price for your project.
Canadian package prices are in Canadian dollars and include tax. UAE package prices are in UAE dirhams, with the applicable tax treatment stated in the proposal. Sending an enquiry does not reserve capacity, confirm a start date or bind either party to a project.
Website packages include the first year of hosting. The proposal states renewal costs before work starts. Domain registration and paid third party assets are separate unless expressly included. Website care, installer production artwork, printing and manufacturing require separate scope where applicable.
Project agreements
Every accepted project has a written agreement covering scope, payment, timing, responsibilities, reviews, handover and applicable legal terms. That agreement takes precedence over general website descriptions for the project.
Changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed and priced before proceeding. Delivery dates depend on the agreed schedule, access to required material and timely feedback. No unlimited revision allowance or guaranteed business outcome is offered through this website.
Content and ownership
Website copy, design, identity artwork and project materials belong to their respective owners. You may view them for personal evaluation of the studio. Reproduction, redistribution or commercial use requires permission, except where permitted by law.
Project imagery can include design concepts and application mockups. These demonstrate proposed design and do not establish that an object was manufactured, a building completed or a commercial result achieved. Client use and ownership of commissioned deliverables are defined in the project agreement.
External services
This site can link to external services, including email and AI assistants. Their availability, account requirements, content, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their operators.
Ask AI links provide a prepared question about Day’s Work. External AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect and do not replace the studio’s written proposal. Confirm prices, scope and arrangements directly with the studio before relying on them.
Responsibility and your rights
Reasonable care is taken with website information, but uninterrupted availability and error free content cannot be guaranteed. If a detail appears wrong, contact the studio so it can be checked. The website is general information, not legal, financial or professional advice about your own business.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits rights where applicable law prohibits doing so. In particular, mandatory consumer and data protection rights remain in force. Your project agreement identifies the contracting parties and governing law.
